Bug Fixes:
Fixes a visual error with the policy plot legend displaying an option that was not actually selected in combined storage concepts.
Fixes an issue with discount volume elevation inputs not appearing when selected to discount volume below elevations in the PCM.
Orders the OSS strategy table and the summary tab strategy table by the order in which the strategies were created, instead of alphanumerical. The 'Available Strategies' table remains sorted by the 5 sample strategies, followed by alphanumerical order.
