Bug fixes:
Corrected the first year calculations for year over year time series calculations that were impacted by initial condition assumptions. These are robustness and vulnerability measures of 'Mead and Powell Storage January 1 Volume Decline from Previous Year', 'Mead and Powell Storage January 1 Volume Increase From the Previous Year', 'Glen Canyon Dam Outflow Interannual Variability Between Consecutive Paired Years'.
Adjusted the font size in the colored sortable list in Trace View so that random strategies don't have a horizontal scrolling bar when it's not needed.
